Social Media Strategy

Our social media strategy services begin with understanding the true drive behind your project, business, or organization. We want to understand why you do what you do, so that we can help you share your vision with the world.
From there, we work with you to establish brand voice, create eye-catching graphics templates, write copy, and determine the right platforms for you content so that you can spend more time running your business, and less time scrolling Instagram.
NOTE: HoneyBell Media no longer offers social media scheduling services, instead preferring to work with clients upfront to establish robust social media strategies that they can then implement themselves. -
Our social media strategy packages look different for every client. During our consultation, we’ll talk to you about what you hope to accomplish with your social media presence and determine which platforms and posting frequency are right for you. Then, we’ll hit the ground running on drawing up a strategy for you. This will include details about where and when to post, brand voice guidelines, audience and hashtag research, content ideas, social media template suggestions, and anything else we think might be useful on your social media journey.
Social media strategy packages are billed hourly at $65/hr upon completion of the project.
Search Engine Optimization

Our search engine optimization services are designed to help you be seen by all the right people! Without search engine optimization, your website will struggle to appear through search engines like Google, which means that potential clients or customers have less of an opportunity to learn about you and the awesome work you do.
To help you be seen, we comb through your entire website to implement keywords, phrases, formatting, and metadata designed to draw your desired audience right to your door (either literally or figuratively.)
We follow a comprehensive SEO checklist to ensure that your webpages, copy, images, and other assets are all included in your SEO strategy. -
Our SEO services are priced at $65/hr. For larger projects, we’re happy to sit down with you and develop a custom, flat-rate project plan.
SEO projects are usually fairly short-term and are billed on the first of each month
Website Management & Design

Have a website idea but need help getting started? We’re Squarespace certified and would love to help! We also have experience working with Wix, Shopify, and Wordpress, and specialize in search engine optimization, brand voice, and website design and troubleshooting.
For clients who have online shops, we can help integrate your store with Facebook and Instagram, so that you can reach more customers!

With your website investment, you will receive an SEO-optimized website with custom branding, copy, and graphics. Whenever possible, we will ensure that your website integrates seamlessly with your other online platforms.
Our website packages start at $2,500 and include a custom-built website on Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, or another similar platform. We don’t currently build websites from scratch on Wordpress, but are happy to help refresh, troubleshoot, or grow an existing Wordpress site for an hourly fee of $65/hr.
All flat-rate website packages require a 30% down payment. Large website projects are billed upon completion, while maintenance packages are billed on the first of each month.
Graphic Design

HoneyBell Media designs social media graphics, presentations, web pages, flyers, business cards, branded merchandise, and anything else you need to create a polished image for your business!
When it comes to our design work, we pride ourselves on our collaborative process. We work with you from start to finish to make sure that the finished product is exactly what you’re looking for!

Our graphic design and branding services are billed at $65/hr on the first of each month. If you work with us on social media or website design, these services may be included in your package pricing.
Copywriting & Editing

We write attention-grabbing copy for websites, newsletters, press releases, email blasts, social media, and more that perfectly captures the voice behind your business!
To accomplish this, we sit down with you to learn about your vision, mission, and brand. We ask questions about tone, audience, and preferred language to learn not only the kind of information you want to share with the world but also how you want to share it! -
We accept writing and editing projects of any length, covering any topic, and in most industries. Copywriting rates are $1/word. Editing rates are $65/hr or, for particularly large projects, we can work with you to determine a flat rate.
Copywriting and editing projects are billed upon completion. Flat rate projects require a 30% down payment.
Newsletter Distribution

To help you reach existing and future customers, we design and distribute digital newsletters on platforms like Mailchimp. Newsletters are a great way to keep people up-to-date on your services, special deals, and any exciting upcoming events.
We’re happy to create newsletter templates for our clients from scratch, or take over an existing template. Either way, we combine the best of visual branding and copywriting to make sure all your email marketing communications are streamlined, effective, and perfectly representative of what you do! -
The needs of our clients vary in terms of how frequently they distribute newsletters, ranging from once a week or every couple of weeks to a few times a year. We’re happy to work with you on any timeline!
Newsletter assistance is billed at $65/hr on the first of each month.
